The researchers from Newcastle University recently did an experiment by providing assistance to the parents regarding healthy child eating food over the phone. They did this counseling in just 4 calls of 20 minutes each over a couple of months and experienced the huge success. Both the parents and their children are happy enough as far as the chapter of eating is concerned.
Normally, what happens in each and every home is that children are asked to complete their meals quickly. And, if they do not do, they get a scolding, beating and what not. Even parents get irritated when their child doesn’t take anything or very less for the whole day. However, the manner in which they offer food is not the correct way, as per the researchers.
They simply advise the parents to eat the same meal they want their children to have. Initially, the children will not bother, but will definitely observe everything. Gradually, when you offer something to them and you also start sharing, they will automatically feel like eating with you.
